We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unworn condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and warranty cards to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original Seiko presentation box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
